Trick or Treat? đŹ This Halloween, let's talk about the common belief that a glass of wine is our "reward" or "treat" at the end of a long day. I used to fall into this trap myself, thinking I deserved that drink to unwind. But the truth is, alcohol is a trick, not a treat. It may provide a temporary escape, but it doesn't actually help us relax or cope with stress in a healthy way. In my latest podcast episode, I'm debunking this mindset and sharing how we can reframe our relationship with alcohol.
